Rethink Rainwater Harvesting

Constructed of 100% Recycled Plastic

Did you know: 71% of Earth is made up of water and only 2.5% is safe for human consumption? As our population continues to increase, the demand for fresh water increases too. The water captured in a PIPE-R Harvesting System can be used for numerous non-potable applications. PIPE-R systems have an unlimited number of configurations that can store 3 – 300 million gallons of water.

Wrap the PIPE-R system with a non-permeable liner to create a harvesting system. The liner is the only necessary change from a traditional retention or detention system. Water is directed to the system through roof drains, downspouts and curb inlets. A pre-filter is typically used to prevent debris and solids from entering the system. Conventional pumps are used to discharge water from the system.

Water is necessary to sustain life. The PIPE-R System is the best solution to harvest water. You can use harvested rainwater for:

  • Irrigation
  • Fire suppression
  • Toilet water
  • Vehicle maintenance
  • Non-potable public works activities
